取得する情報と目的

  • 会員情報：メールアドレスとパスワード、または Google・X などのほかのサービスでのログインは、Google の Firebase Authentication で管理します。本サービスのデータベースには、会員を区別する番号（会員ID）と表示名だけを保存し、メールアドレスやパスワードは保存しません。
  • 投稿：題名・本文・手順・図の配置・投稿用に送信されたカード画像・一覧用見本。表示・検索・ランキングのために使います。
  • コメント・フォルダ：本文・名前と会員ID・時刻。表示のために使います。「匿名」を選んだ場合は表示名を出しませんが、権利侵害などへの対応のため、どの会員のものかを区別できる情報を保持します。
  • いいね・保存：会員IDと時刻。いいねの集計・本人の保存一覧の表示に使い、保存した人の一覧や保存数は公開しません。
  • 問い合わせ・通報：内容と、入力された場合の返信先。対応のためだけに使い、公開しません。
  • 操作の回数：連続投稿などを防ぐため、接続元を推測できない形（ハッシュ）にした情報を短期間だけ記録します。
  • 未登録のまま保存：会員登録をせずにサーバに保存する時は、端末に置く合い言葉で本人を見分けます。サーバには合い言葉そのものではなく推測できない形（ハッシュ）と、始めた時の接続元のハッシュだけを保存します。30日使われないと、非公開の投稿と、反応（いいね・保存・コメント）の無い公開中の投稿を自動で削除します。

端末内に保存する情報

作成途中のコンボ・切り抜いたカード画像・本人が確定したカード名は、利用者のブラウザ（IndexedDB）に保存します。元のデッキ画像はサーバに送信しません。未登録の利用者と会員の保存領域は分けています。

外部サービス

  • Cloudflare（サーバ処理・データベース）、Google Firebase Authentication（会員認証）
  • Stripe（有料会員の支払い）。カードの番号などの支払いの情報は Stripe だけが扱い、本サービスには届きません。本サービスが持つのは、Stripe の顧客の番号・申し込みの状態・期限だけです。
  • Google AdSense（広告）。広告の配信のため Cookie 等が使われることがあります。必要な地域では、Google の要件に沿った同意の確認を行います。
  • 商品紹介リンク：Amazon・楽天等の販売サイトへ移動した後の扱いは、各サイトの規約に従います。

通知のメール

マイページの「設定」で通知を有効にした時だけ、通知先のメールアドレスを保存し、コメントや問い合わせへの返信をお知らせします。通知を無効にするとメールアドレスを消します。退会した時や、長く利用の無いアカウントを削除する時にも一緒に消します。

利用者情報の外部送信

このサイトを表示すると、次の情報が外部の事業者へ送信される場合があります（電気通信事業法の外部送信規律に基づく公表）。

  • Google（Firebase Authentication）：ログイン・会員登録の時に、ログインの状態を確認するための情報（会員を区別する番号・メールアドレスなど）。会員認証のため。
  • Google（AdSense）：広告を表示している場合に、閲覧したページのアドレス・端末とブラウザの情報・Cookie 等の識別子。広告の配信と効果の測定のため。
  • Google（アナリティクス）：閲覧者が画面下の案内で「許可する」を選んだ場合だけ、閲覧したページの場所・端末とブラウザの情報・Cookie 等の識別子。サイトの利用状況の把握のため。作成・マイページ・ログイン・管理の画面では計測しません。
  • Cloudflare（Web Analytics）：閲覧したページの場所・参照元・端末とブラウザの種類・表示の速さ。サイトの利用状況の把握のため。Cookie 等の識別子は使わず、閲覧者を個別に見分ける記録は残しません。管理・ログインの画面では計測しません。
  • アフィリエイトの配信元（A8.net など）：広告バナーを表示している場合に、バナー画像と計測用の画像の取得時の、閲覧したページのアドレス・端末とブラウザの情報。広告の表示回数の測定のため。
  • Google（YouTube の画像）：投稿やプロフィールに YouTube の動画のリンクがある場合に、その動画の見本の絵（サムネイル）の取得時の、端末とブラウザの情報（閲覧したページのアドレスは送りません）。動画の見本を表示するため。
  • 共有先（X・LINE・Discord）・ショップ（Amazon・楽天など）：利用者がボタンやリンクを押した時だけ、そのサービスのページを開きます。押さなければ送信しません。

保管期間と削除

長く利用の無いアカウント：1年間ログインや操作（コンボの保存・いいね・コメントなど）が一度も無いアカウントは、サーバの容量を空けるため、そのアカウントで保存したコンボ・画像・コメント・フォルダ・いいね・保存一覧・会員設定を自動で削除します。続けて使う場合は、1年以内に一度ログインしてください。

画像：元のデッキ画像はサーバに送らず、端末内で切り抜きます。サーバに置くのは、切り抜いた小さなカード画像と一覧用見本だけで、データベース（Cloudflare D1）に保存します。画像は、そのコンボに更新・いいね・コメントなどの動きが30日間無ければ削除し、投稿に使われなかった画像は24時間で削除します。削除した画像を使って作った一覧用見本も一緒に削除し、画像の所はカード名の枠になります。非公開・下書きの投稿の画像は本人だけが、公開中の投稿の画像は誰でも見られます。非公開・停止・削除にすると、本人以外は見られなくなります。アイコンに選んだ切り抜きは、アイコンに使っている間は誰でも見られ、30日の期限でも消しません（元の投稿を完全に削除した時と、アイコンを外した・付け替えた時に使わなくなります）。画像は、ブラウザに保存させる場合も毎回サーバに確かめさせるため、消した画像が見え続けることはありません（すでに他の人の端末に保存された物と、外部サービスに残った共有見本は除きます）。

ごみ箱は7日、操作履歴は1年で削除します。退会すると、投稿・画像・コメント・フォルダ・いいね・保存一覧・会員設定を削除してから認証情報を削除します。他の端末に残る端末内のデータは遠隔では消せません。

Information we collect and why

  • Member information: email and password sign-in, or sign-in with other services such as Google or X, is managed by Google Firebase Authentication. The Service's database stores only a number that identifies the member (member ID) and the display name; it does not store email addresses or passwords.
  • Posts: title, body, steps, diagram layout, card images sent for the post and list thumbnails. Used for display, search and rankings.
  • Comments and folders: text, name and member ID, and time. Used for display. If you choose "Anonymous", your display name is not shown, but we keep information that tells which member wrote it, to handle rights infringement and similar issues.
  • Likes and saves: member ID and time. Used to count likes and show your own saved list; who saved a post and save counts are not made public.
  • Contact and reports: the content and, if entered, the reply address. Used only to respond and never made public.
  • Action counts: to prevent things like rapid repeated posting, information converted into a form from which the connection source cannot be guessed (a hash) is recorded for a short time.
  • Saving without an account: when you save to the server without registering, a pass phrase kept on your device identifies you. The server keeps only a hash of the pass phrase (not the pass phrase itself) and a hash of the connection source at the start. If unused for 30 days, private posts and public posts without reactions (likes, saves, comments) are deleted automatically.

Information stored on your device

Combos in progress, cropped card images and the card names you confirmed are stored in your browser (IndexedDB). The original deck image is not sent to the server. Storage for guests and for members is kept separate.

External services

  • Cloudflare (server processing and database), Google Firebase Authentication (member sign-in)
  • Stripe (paid membership payments). Card numbers and other payment details are handled only by Stripe and never reach the Service. The Service keeps only the Stripe customer number, the subscription status and the end date.
  • Google AdSense (ads). Cookies and the like may be used to deliver ads. In regions where it is required, consent is requested according to Google's requirements.
  • Product links: after you move to a store site such as Amazon or Rakuten, that site's own terms apply.

Notification email

Only if you turn on notifications in "Settings" on your page do we store your notification email address and notify you of comments and replies to your inquiries. Turning notifications off deletes the address. It is also deleted when you close your account or when a long-inactive account is deleted.

Sending user information to external parties

When you view this site, the following information may be sent to external companies (published under the external transmission rules of Japan's Telecommunications Business Act).

  • Google (Firebase Authentication): when signing in or signing up, information for checking sign-in status (a number that identifies the member, email address, etc.). For member authentication.
  • Google (AdSense): when ads are shown, the address of the page viewed, device and browser information, and identifiers such as cookies. To deliver ads and measure their effect.
  • Google (Analytics): only if the viewer chooses "Allow" in the notice at the bottom of the screen, the location of the page viewed, device and browser information, and identifiers such as cookies. To understand how the site is used. Not measured on the create, my page, sign-in or admin screens.
  • Cloudflare (Web Analytics): the location of the page viewed, referrer, device and browser type, and display speed. To understand how the site is used. Identifiers such as cookies are not used and no record that tells individual viewers apart is kept. Not measured on the admin or sign-in screens.
  • Affiliate providers (A8.net, etc.): when ad banners are shown, the address of the page viewed and device and browser information, sent when the banner image and measurement image are fetched. To count ad impressions.
  • Google (YouTube images): when a post or profile has a link to a YouTube video, device and browser information sent when fetching the video's preview picture (thumbnail); the address of the page viewed is not sent. To show the video preview.
  • Share destinations (X, LINE, Discord), stores (Amazon, Rakuten, etc.): the service's page opens only when you press the button or link. Nothing is sent unless you press it.

Retention and deletion

Long-inactive accounts: if an account has no sign-in or activity (saving a combo, likes, comments, etc.) for one year, its combos, images, comments, folders, likes, saved list and member settings are deleted automatically to free server space. To keep using the account, sign in at least once within a year.

Images: the original deck image is not sent to the server; cards are cropped on your device. Only small cropped card images and list thumbnails are kept on the server, in the database (Cloudflare D1). Images are deleted when the combo has had no activity such as updates, likes or comments for 30 days, and images not used in a post are deleted after 24 hours. List thumbnails made with a deleted image are deleted with it, and card-name frames are shown in place of the images. Images of private posts and drafts can be seen only by you; images of public posts can be seen by anyone. Once a post is made private, suspended or deleted, no one but you can see them. A crop you chose as your icon can be seen by anyone while it is your icon and is not deleted by the 30-day limit (it stops being used when the original post is deleted completely, or when you remove or change the icon). Browsers are told to check with the server every time even when they keep a copy, so deleted images do not stay visible (except copies already saved on other people's devices and share previews left on external services).

The trash is cleared after 7 days and action history after one year. When you close your account, your posts, images, comments, folders, likes, saved list and member settings are deleted, and then your sign-in information is deleted. Data stored on other devices cannot be erased remotely.
