1. このサービスについて

Duel Folio（以下「本サービス」）は、遊戯王のデッキ画像からカードを切り抜き、コンボの手順と図を作って共有するための非公式のファンサイトです。株式会社コナミデジタルエンタテインメント、その他の権利者とは関係がなく、公認・提携を受けたものではありません。カード名・カードの画像・ロゴなどの権利は、それぞれの権利者にあります。

本サービスは、公式のカードの情報・画像・裁定・禁止・制限の発表の代わりではありません。コンボの成立、裁定、禁止・制限への適合を本サービスが保証することはありません。正しい内容は公式の発表で確かめてください。

2. 投稿者の責任と権利の確認

投稿者は、投稿する文章・画像について、投稿・公開に必要な権利や許諾を自分で確認してください。本サービスで画像を一時的に保管・表示すること、非公式であること、利用者の投稿であることだけで、権利者から画像利用の許諾を得たことにはなりません。

カードの画像は、カードの権利者のものです。投稿に使うカードの画像は、手順や図を説明するのに必要な範囲にとどめてください。ほかの人の文章・画像・図表（記事・動画・まとめ・攻略サイトなど）は、作者の許可なく載せないでください。紹介する時は、自分の言葉でまとめ、元の作品の場所（URL）と作者を書いてください。

投稿時に、この規約の版と同意日時を記録します。この同意は、権利者の許諾を確認したことを意味しません。この規約に同意しても、権利者の許諾が必要な使い方が許されるわけではありません。

3. 投稿の利用の許諾

投稿の権利は、投稿者（または元の権利者）に残ります。運営者が投稿の権利を譲り受けることはありません。

投稿者は運営者に対し、本サービスを提供するのに必要な範囲で、投稿を無償で使うことを許諾します。必要な範囲とは、保存・表示・縮小・圧縮・形式の変換、一覧用見本と共有用の画像の作成、検索・ランキング・カードのページ・規制リストでの表示、利用者による共有・書き出しです。この許諾は、投稿者が自分で許諾できる部分に限ります（他人の権利がある部分を、投稿者に代わって使う許諾にはなりません）。

投稿を非公開・削除にした時、または退会した時は、その後の表示のための利用をやめます（削除の処理が終わるまでの間と、控えに残る期間を除きます）。運営者は、投稿をこの規約の範囲を超えて販売したり、ほかの事業者に渡したりしません。

4. サービスの提供に必要な扱い

投稿を表示するため、本サービスは投稿された文章・画像を保存し、表示用に縮小・圧縮・変換します。画像に含まれる撮影場所などの情報は取り除きます。元のデッキ画像はサーバに送信せず、利用者の端末内で切り抜きます。サーバに送るのは、切り抜いた小さなカード画像（縦横640ピクセル以下）と一覧用見本だけです。

5. 画像の保管期間・公開範囲・削除

長く利用の無いアカウントの削除：1年間ログインや操作（コンボの保存・いいね・コメントなど）が一度も無いアカウントは、サーバの容量を空けるため、そのアカウントで保存したコンボ・画像・コメント・フォルダ・いいね・保存一覧・会員設定を自動で削除します。続けて使う場合は、1年以内に一度ログインしてください。削除したデータは元に戻せません。

  • 画像を長く保管することはしません。投稿用に送信されたカード画像・一覧用見本は、そのコンボに更新・公開・いいね・コメント・保存・フォルダへの追加の動きが30日間無いと削除します（動きがあるたびに、その日から30日に延びます）。
  • 送信したが投稿に使われなかった画像は、24時間で削除します。
  • アイコンに選んだ切り抜きは、アイコンに使っている間は30日の期限でも削除しません。元の投稿を完全に削除した時、元の投稿が公開停止になった時、アイコンを外した・付け替えた時は、アイコンとして出さなくなります。
  • 会員を削除した時（退会・長く利用の無いアカウントの削除）は、そのコンボと画像もまとめて削除します。
  • 削除後は画像の代わりにカード名の枠を表示し、文章・手順・配置は残します。削除は定期処理により原則6時間以内に行います。削除した画像を使って作られた一覧用見本も、一緒に削除します。
  • 投稿を削除すると直ちに閲覧できなくなり、ごみ箱に7日間残った後に完全に削除します。
  • 控え（バックアップ）には画像本体を含めません。控えに残る文章等の期間と消去の時期は運用資料に記載します。
  • 画像は、検索サイトの画像検索に載せないよう指定して配信します。

6. 公開範囲

新しいコンボは非公開で作られます。公開を選んだコンボは、誰でも閲覧・検索・共有できます。非公開・削除・停止にした後は本サービス上では見られなくなりますが、他の人がすでに保存した画像や、外部サービスに残った共有見本までは回収できません。

カードのページ・規制リスト：カードごとのページと規制リストには、そのカードを使った公開投稿の一覧と、公開投稿で切り抜かれたそのカードの画像（画像の公開を許可した投稿のものに限る）を、1枚のカードにつき1枚、小さく表示することがあります。投稿を非公開・削除にしたり、画像の保管期間が過ぎたりすると、その画像は表示されなくなります。カードのページを共有した時の画像には、投稿の画像ではなくサイトの共有用画像を使います。カードの評価とお気に入りは1人1カードにつき1つで、評価の本文は投稿へのコメントと同じ決まりで扱います。

7. 禁止事項

  • 他人の権利（著作権・商標権・肖像権・プライバシーなど）を侵害する投稿
  • ほかの人の文章・画像・独自の図表を、作者の許可なく載せること（引用の決まりを守らない転載を含みます）
  • カードの画像を集めて並べるなど、公式のカードの画像の代わりになる使い方
  • 本サービスの画像・投稿を、プログラムなどで大量に取得・保存して、ほかの場所で配ること
  • 他人の個人情報、利用者名・識別番号・読み取り用の符号が写った画像の投稿
  • 差別・暴力・わいせつな内容、法令に反する内容、宣伝やスパム
  • 本サービスや他の利用者への不正なアクセス・過度な負荷・いいねの不正な操作
  • 公式・権利者と関係があるように誤解させる表示（公式を名乗る、公認・提携をうたうなど）
  • その他、運営者が不適切と判断する行為

8. 権利の侵害への対応と異議

権利の侵害の通報や申し出は、問い合わせ・通報フォームで受け付けます（会員登録は要りません）。受け付けた後は、次のように対応します。

  1. 侵害が明らかな場合は、確認を待たずに投稿を公開停止にします。停止は本文・カード画像・一覧用見本・共有用の画像をまとめて対象にします。
  2. 申し出の内容と、申し出た方が作者・権利者ご本人であることを確かめます。
  3. 申し出が認められた場合は、投稿の削除、公開停止の継続、または画像だけの削除（本文・手順は残し、画像の所はカード名の枠にします）のいずれかを行います。
  4. 投稿者には理由をお知らせします。同じ侵害を繰り返す会員は、投稿の制限・利用停止にすることがあります。

運営者は、通報や規約違反の疑いがある場合、投稿の公開停止・削除、アカウントの利用停止・投稿制限を行うことがあります。異議がある場合は問い合わせからご連絡ください。

投稿の作者・権利者ご本人から掲載の取り下げの申し出があれば、すみやかに対応します。問い合わせの「掲載の取り下げ（作者・権利者ご本人）」からお送りください。本人確認（受付番号を元の作品・記事・投稿か、同じアカウントのプロフィールに一時的に載せていただく方法）のうえで対応します。

9. 事実の情報の扱い

規制リストなどの事実の情報は、公開されている情報をもとに、運営者が独自の形でまとめたものです。ほかのサイトの文章・画像・独自の図表は載せません。公式の発表の代わりではないため、正しい内容は公式の発表で確かめてください。

10. 広告と商品紹介

本サービスには、広告（Google AdSense）と商品を探すリンク（Amazon 等）が「AD」の表示つきで出る場合があります。広告・商品紹介は、サーバなどサイトの維持費にあてるためのもので、株式会社コナミデジタルエンタテインメントその他の権利者の公認・推薦・提携を意味しません。詳しくは広告についてをご覧ください。

11. 有料会員

有料会員は、決済サービス Stripe を通じて月額または年額で申し込めます。料金は本サービスの機能と運営への対価で、カード・画像などの権利の利用料ではなく、権利者の公認を受けたものでもありません。料金・支払いの時期・解約・返金は特定商取引法に基づく表記のとおりです。解約しても、支払った期間の終わりまでは特典が使えます。特典の内容は、事前にお知らせした上で変えることがあります。規約に反して利用を止めた場合、残りの期間の返金はしません。

13. 免責・変更

本サービスは現状のまま提供し、データの消失・表示の誤り等について、運営者に故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き責任を負いません。端末内の保存は、ブラウザの設定や容量により消えることがあります。大切な内容は編集用ファイルで書き出してください。本規約は変更することがあり、変更後の版をこのページに掲載します。

1. About this service

Duel Folio (the "Service") is an unofficial fan site for cropping cards from Yu-Gi-Oh! deck images and making and sharing combo steps and diagrams. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with Konami Digital Entertainment Co., Ltd. or any other rights holder. Rights to card names, card images, logos and the like belong to their respective rights holders.

The Service is not a substitute for official card information, images, rulings or Forbidden & Limited announcements. The Service does not guarantee that a combo works, any ruling, or compliance with the Forbidden & Limited lists. Please check official announcements for the correct information.

2. Poster responsibility and rights

Posters must check for themselves that they have the rights and permissions needed to post and publish their text and images. Temporary storage and display of images on the Service, the Service being unofficial, or the content being user-posted does not mean permission to use the images has been obtained from the rights holders.

Card images belong to the card's rights holders. Keep the card images in a post to what is needed to explain the steps and diagrams. Do not post other people's text, images or original charts (articles, videos, guides, strategy sites, etc.) without the author's permission. When introducing them, summarize in your own words and give the location (URL) and author of the original.

When you post, we record the version of these terms and the date and time you agreed. This agreement does not mean the rights holders' permission has been confirmed. Agreeing to these terms does not make any use that needs the rights holders' permission allowed.

3. License to use posts

Rights to a post stay with the poster (or the original rights holder). The operator does not take over the rights to posts.

The poster grants the operator a free license to use the post to the extent needed to provide the Service: storing, displaying, resizing, compressing and converting it, making list thumbnails and share images, showing it in search, rankings, card pages and limit lists, and letting users share and export it. This license covers only what the poster can license themselves (it is not a license, on the poster's behalf, to parts in which others hold rights).

When you make a post private or delete it, or close your account, we stop using it for display from then on (except while deletion is being processed and for the period it stays in backups). The operator does not sell posts or hand them to other companies beyond the scope of these terms.

4. Handling needed to provide the Service

To display posts, the Service stores the posted text and images and resizes, compresses and converts them for display. Information such as the shooting location is removed from images. The original deck image is not sent to the server; cards are cropped on your device. Only small cropped card images (up to 640 pixels on each side) and list thumbnails are sent to the server.

5. Image retention, visibility and deletion

Deletion of long-inactive accounts: if an account has no sign-in or activity (saving a combo, likes, comments, etc.) for one year, its combos, images, comments, folders, likes, saved list and member settings are deleted automatically to free server space. To keep using the account, sign in at least once within a year. Deleted data cannot be restored.

  • Images are not kept for long. Card images and list thumbnails sent for a post are deleted when the combo has had no update, publishing, like, comment, save or folder addition for 30 days (each activity extends this to 30 days from that day).
  • Images that were sent but not used in a post are deleted after 24 hours.
  • A crop you chose as your icon is not deleted by the 30-day limit while it is your icon. It is no longer shown as your icon when the original post is deleted completely or suspended, or when you remove or change the icon.
  • When a member is deleted (account closure or deletion of a long-inactive account), their combos and images are deleted together.
  • After deletion, card-name frames are shown instead of the images, and the text, steps and layout remain. Deletion is done by a scheduled job, as a rule within 6 hours. List thumbnails made with a deleted image are deleted with it.
  • A deleted post can no longer be viewed immediately; it stays in the trash for 7 days and is then deleted completely.
  • Backups do not include the image files. How long text and other data stay in backups and when they are erased is described in our operating documents.
  • Images are served with an instruction not to include them in search engines' image search.

6. Visibility

New combos are created as private. Combos you choose to publish can be viewed, searched and shared by anyone. After you make a post private, delete it or it is suspended, it can no longer be seen on the Service, but images other people have already saved and share previews left on external services cannot be recalled.

Card pages and limit lists: each card's page and the limit lists may show a list of public posts using that card and one small image of that card cropped in a public post (only from posts that allow their images to be public). When a post becomes private or deleted, or its image retention period ends, those images are no longer shown. When a card page is shared, the site's share image is used instead of a post's image. Each person can give one rating and one favorite per card, and rating text is handled under the same rules as comments on posts.

7. Prohibited conduct

  • Posts that infringe others' rights (copyright, trademark, portrait rights, privacy, etc.)
  • Posting other people's text, images or original charts without the author's permission (including copying that does not follow the rules for quotation)
  • Uses that replace official card images, such as collecting and lining up card images
  • Fetching and saving the Service's images or posts in bulk with programs or the like and distributing them elsewhere
  • Posting other people's personal information, or images showing user names, ID numbers or scannable codes
  • Discriminatory, violent or obscene content, unlawful content, advertising or spam
  • Unauthorized access to, excessive load on, or manipulation of likes on the Service or other users
  • Displays that suggest a connection with the official side or rights holders (claiming to be official, claiming endorsement or partnership, etc.)
  • Any other conduct the operator considers inappropriate

8. Handling rights infringement, and objections

Reports and requests about rights infringement are accepted through the contact and report form (no account needed). After receiving one, we act as follows.

  1. If the infringement is obvious, we suspend the post without waiting for confirmation. A suspension covers the text, card images, list thumbnails and share images together.
  2. We check the request and that the person making it is the author or rights holder.
  3. If the request is accepted, we delete the post, keep it suspended, or delete only the images (the text and steps remain and card-name frames are shown in place of the images).
  4. We tell the poster the reason. Members who repeat the same infringement may have posting restricted or their account suspended.

If there is a report or a suspected violation of these terms, the operator may suspend or delete posts, or suspend accounts or restrict posting. If you object, please contact us via the contact form.

If the author or rights holder of the original work asks us to take a post down, we act promptly. Please use the contact form category for take-down requests by the author or rights holder. We act after confirming you are the author or rights holder (by asking you to temporarily put your receipt number on the original work, article or post, or on the same account’s profile).

9. Factual information

Factual information such as the limit lists is put together by the operator in its own format based on publicly available information. Other sites' text, images and original charts are not reproduced. It is not a substitute for official announcements, so please check them for the correct information.

10. Ads and product links

The Service may show ads (Google AdSense) and links for finding products (Amazon, etc.) marked "AD". Ads and product links are there to cover the cost of running the site, such as servers, and do not mean endorsement, recommendation or partnership by Konami Digital Entertainment Co., Ltd. or any other rights holder. See About ads for details.

11. Paid membership

Paid membership can be purchased monthly or yearly through the payment service Stripe. The fee is for the Service's features and operation; it is not a fee for using rights to cards, images or the like, and it is not endorsed by any rights holder. Prices, payment timing, cancellation and refunds are as described in the legal notice. After cancelling, the benefits stay until the end of the period you paid for. The benefits may change after prior notice. If use is suspended for breaking these terms, the remaining period is not refunded.

13. Disclaimer and changes

The Service is provided as is. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence by the operator, we are not liable for data loss, display errors or the like. Data saved on your device may be lost depending on browser settings or storage space; export important content as an edit file. These terms may change, and the new version will be posted on this page.
